Facility Repair and Remodel Oroville Police and Fire Department

The Project consist primarily of: 1st Floor Demolition of wood framed walls, front entry store front, (2) non-ADA restroom facilities, and removal of a non-ADA lift. Construction of wood framed walls, front entry store front, (2) ADA compliant restroom facilities, and new ADA lift. 2nd Floor Demolition of a CMU exterior wall, non-ADA compliant rest/locker room facilities, cabinets and sinks in office areas, and a removal non-ADA lift. Construction of CMU wall, landing and stairs, ADA compliant rest/locker room facilities, ADA compliant cabinets and sinks in office areas, and other components included in Exhibit “A” Scope of Service as well as the attached plans.
