2022 Concrete Improvement Program

The bid shall provide for the removal and replacement of 425 sy concrete sidewalk in various locations throughout the Township. The work under this contract also includes installation of 75 LF of 6" ductile iron pipe and one (1) Type "A" inlet on Phillips Avenue, one street tree on Main Street, resetting existing bricks on Main Street and other miscellaneous items as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on July 19, 2022, subject to the availability of funds in the 2022 adopted budget 2022 Capital Plan. Construction shall commence on or about August 1, 2022. The completion of the project shall be twenty-five (25) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by September 9, 2022. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications.
