Asphalt Repair of Road and Pedestrian Pathways - Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery

The Project is related to milling and paving approximately 3,735 SY and restriping of existing parking spaces. The work shall include, but not be limited to asphalt paving and striping at the ROCKY GAP VETERANS CEMETERY, located at 14205 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, Flintstone, MD. 21530. Any and all equipment installed and any and all work performed shall be in accordance with the standards established by: (a) Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) (b) Maryland Occupational Health and Safety (MOSHA) The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the General Condition The deadline for questions has been established as 12/13/20 at 1PM, to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary.
