Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for City of North Port Police Department Facilities

Consulting firms for professional engineering, architectural and related consulting services for both new and existing police department facilities. The City desires to retain a team with relevant law enforcement facility experience. Services include the determination of future facility Space Needs for the current Police Headquarters located at 4980 City Hall Blvd. This could include, but not limited to, a new one-story building designed to occupy Crime Scene/ Property Evidence, or a new two-story building designed to occupy Crime Scene /Property and Evidence, 911 Telecommunications and an Emergency Operation Center. Currently, Crime Scene and 911 Telecommunications is located at Police Headquarters. Once occupied, the existing space will need to be renovated to accommodate the future growth and needs of the Department. An additional new facility may also be included. The Police Headquarters is 185% above space capacity. A concept design based on the space needs will need to be developed, and, if approved full design services.
