Camp Vits Parking Lot and Trail

Camp Vits Park – Parking Lot, Trail, and Privy Preparation: Phase 1 work includes clearing and grubbing trees and brush, addition of fill, new 24” PVC storm culvert, unclassified excavation, grading, new breaker run, new C.A.B.C, along with grading, unclassified excavation and backfilling for a vault toilet which will be installed by others. Also, 650 ft of 10’ wide crushed stone trail shall be constructed through a wooded area. This will be referred to as substantial completion. The second phase of the project will include final grading, 3” HMA pavement and pavement markings along with a gravel shoulder, topsoil and seeding of the parking lot area.
