Wiregrass Public Safety Center

**As of February 14, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project work consists of the "Wiregrass Public Safety Center," at 2120 Ennis Road, Dothan, Alabama, 36303. As indicated in the project documents, the project includes interior improvements of the strip mall building to construct an office and two classrooms and modify the existing men's and women's rooms. The warehouse building renovation is to include the addition of a dividing wall. The city will not provide paper copies of these documents, only electronic (PDF) copies. Printing is by the contractor if desired. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids will be received only from Qualified Contractors duly licensed by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors and meeting the qualifications indicated in the Project Documents.
