| Description | Provide a turn-key installation of the new walk-in freezer including but not limited to the following: • Delivery and assembly of the new walk in • Delivery and setting of compressor and refrigeration system on roof • Provide turnkey installation and start up. • Provide wall penetrations for running condensate line outside on side of walk in • Provide roof penetration by licensed roofer with warranty on roof penetration • Provide the breakers, wiring and conduit necessary for the installation • Provide all electrical hook ups • Connect refrigerant and electrical to condensing unit and to Unit Cooler • Provide all mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical permits. • Walk in installers shall be certified and approved by factory |
