| Description | Providing roof inspection and maintenance services for City-owned facilities. Work will include: A. Roof inspection and minor repairs 1. Inspect gutters, scuppers, down spouts, and roof drains; 2. Inspect coping caps, expansion joint covers, gravel stop joints and flashings; 3. Perform minor roof maintenance repairs, i.e. caulking, etc.; 4. Remove debris to allow drainage systems to function properly. B. Building perimeter inspection 1. Note defects, such as damaged or deteriorated wood fascia, peeling paint, broken windows, cracks in wall faces, etc. C. Digital Photo Documentation 1. Provide digital photo documentation of overall roof conditions, deficiencies, and repaired roof areas. | ||
