| Description | The intent of the Heritage Hall Campus Boiler Replacement project is to replace two (2) 1.5 million BTU non-condensing boilers with one (1) 2 million BTU condensing boiler, to be located in the basement mechanical room of the Heritage Hall building, Rome Campus at Georgia Highlands College. Additionally, the scope includes the removal of the existing boiler pumps and heating hot water circulating pump for the building, as well as associated accessories. The room supply fan will be removed and existing pumps will be replaced with new equipment to facilitate the new boiler operation. This work is scheduled to be completed in one phase of construction. |
