Description

Project Identification: Project consists of the replacement of the Building Management System (BMS) in its entirety. Additionally, a replacement roof top unit will be provided and installed. Replacing a boiler, and chiller as specified. In addition new variable speed heating water and chilled water pumps will be provided and installed. Work includes all associated connections includes but not limited to ductwork, piping, electrical and controls. Madison County Courthouse Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit a Bid Bond as specified in the RFP documents or equivalent Certified Check made payable to the Madison County Treasurer, Madison County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid amount or $10,000, whichever is lesser.
