| Description | The Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, permit, bonds, and supervision, and anything else required to complete the projects. The University reserves the right to furnish materials, supplies, and/or equipment when evaluated to be in the best interest of the University. It is the intent of this bid to establish a minimum of three (3) contracts which will provide for everything required to perform work and related services as needed by WKU. There shall be no guarantee of any quantities of work, only what shall be needed. |
