DCAMM Certification Required. The project consists of approximately 31,000 s.f. of existing membrane roofing scheduled for removal and replacement. All existing roof membrane and insulation will be removed down to the existing metal roof deck and replaced with new insulation and a new .72 mil P.V.C. roofing system as specified. All existing gutters and downspouts will be removed and replaced as associated with the new roofing system
