Scotts Bridge Bulkhead Repair

Boat Ramp Area and Swim Area, the contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to fully repair the following at the Scott’s Ridge Recreation Area located on the Sam Houston Ranger District, Lake Conroe. 1. Per direction from the Scott’s Ridge Overview, the contractor shall remove, repair, and replace in part or all of the timber Bulkhead along Lake Conroe lakeshore in compliance with design and specifications provided by the USDA Forest Service. 2. The contractor shall backfill, seed and fertilize all disturbed areas following the attached seeding schedule. 3. Contractor shall start repair work at boat ramp area first. Swim area is under special use permit for the beach area to a pipeline company until Jan 6, 2022.
