Description

Notice to proceed is expected to occur by October 1, 2022. Additional information can be obtained from Jason Forsythe, Street Department, at 765-659-2912. Each bid shall include an executed Contractor's Bid for Public Work Form 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a certified check made payable to the City of Frankfort or an approved Bid Bond in the amount of Ten (10) Per Cent of the bid. The contract to be entered into with the successful bidder will require the contractor to comply with the employment eligibility requirements of I.C. 22-5-1.7, the contractor requirements of I.C. 5-16-13 and the Iran certification requirements of I.C. 5-22-16.5. The City of Frankfort Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the one in its judgment to be the lowest and most responsive and in the best interests of the City of Frankfort.
