Harrison Recreation Center, 503 N Irving Ave Luxton Recreation Center, 112 Williams Ave SE Whittier Recreation Center, 425 W 26th St Design, including program review, for transforming classroom or activity room spaces at three Minneapolis park recreation center buildings into “Creation Space,” envisioned as a technology and production space integrally tied to the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board’s youth development initiatives; Translation of design directions into construction documents, which will include code reviews as necessary, so that the improvements can be bid by qualified or selected contractors; and Performance of construction contract administration services oriented to compliance with documents and implementation schedules.
