Description

Work consists of construction of concrete sidewalk along the west side of Richmond Henrico Turnpike from the existing sidewalk approximately 190’ north of Pinalto Drive to the intersection at E. Laburnum Avenue. The Work also includes construction of curb and gutter and re-grading of existing commercial entrances.
