| Description | The work under this Contract consists of erecting and maintaining scaffolding, raking out and repointing mortar joints in select areas, replacing damaged brick units, repairing or patching/rebuilding areas of brick masonry, installing backer rod & sealant, cleaning/rust removal of masonry, concrete surface repair/restoration/coatings and application of siloxane sealer (two coats) to all brick and concrete surfaces on the North side of the building. |
