| Description | BOILER # 1: Replace (18) damaged and leaking tubes. Perform cleaning of tube cavities. Supply and install the following upper and lower new boiler tubes: Upper (6) 3”X 11.375’ (136 ½”), Lower (12) 3”X 9.541’ (114 ½”), The front and rear of all new tubes must be belled and rolled., Fill boilers, Test for operational functionality, Make sure boilers are safe and energy efficient for operating, Make sure that no leaks are present (Gas, CO etc). BOILER # 2: Replace (44) damaged and leaking tubes. Perform cleaning of tube cavities. Supply and install the following upper and lower new boiler tubes: Upper (20) 3”X 11.375’ (136.5”), ? Lower (24) 3”X 9.541’ (114.5”), The front and rear of all new tubes must be belled and rolled, Refill boilers, Test for operational functionality, Make sure boilers are safe and energy efficient, Make sure that no leaks are present (Gas, CO etc). |
