The deposit is refundable upon return of the specification's booklet within 30 days of the award of the contract in accordance with Section 102 of the General Municipal Law. BID SECURITY: Each proposal must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in the form and subject to the conditions stipulated in the bid documents.
