| Description | The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for the purchase and development of City owned properties located at 401 Oak Street and 403 Oak Street, Roseville, CA 95678. The project should complement existing and future uses in Downtown Roseville and that are consistent with the City’s long-term vision of Downtown. The proposed development plan may generate housing options for the community and consider opportunities for retail, offices and employment consistent with the property’s land use and zoning. The project should remain substantially consistent with the DTSP to ensure consistency with the design guidelines and the approved CEQA document. |
