| Description | Providers on an on-call, as-needed basis under an open-ended General Service Agreement. Thornton is seeking Proposals from Service Providers to remove and dispose of sludge that is created as a byproduct of the water treatment process at the Wes Brown Water Treatment Plant (WBWTP) located at 3651 East 86th Avenue, Thornton, Colorado, 80229. Currently there are three (3) sludge ponds, and Thornton’s goal is to remove the sludge from all ponds each year pending weather and other unforeseen conditions.
