| Description | FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: Monthly Custodial Services - in accordance with the statement of work, daily service Monday - Friday (five visits a week). Anticipated contract would be for twelve months, 12, EA; LI 002: Monthly Custodial Services - in accordance with the statement of work, daily service Monday - Sunday (seven visits a week). Anticipated contract would be for twelve months, 12, EA; LI 003: Monthly Custodial Services - in accordance with the statement of work, twice a day service Monday - Sunday (fourteen visits a week). Anticipated contract would be for twelve months.
