Description | Question Deadline 10/06/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Questions regarding the Plans and Bid Documents shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature in PennBid Tri-Municipal Park, Inc. requests bids for construction at Penns Prairie at Tri-Municipal Park. Penns Prairie at Tri-Municipal Park is a public park serving residents from throughout the region. The scope of work for the Park will include the construction of the following: o Pavilion Structure o Installation of Traditional and Nature Playground o Constructing an ADA Accessible Trail o Gravel Parking Area w/ ADA Accessible Parking Spaces and Accessible Route Penns Prairie at Tri-Municipal Park is a 165-acre public park accessed by Upper Brush Valley Road, west of Centre Hall Borough, in Potter Township, Centre County, PA. The Park construction site is limited to 25 acres in the northeast corner of the park site, and is graphically indicated within the construction documents plan set on sheets 1, 2 and 3. The Contractors and or Subcontractors are required to submit a Contractor's Qualifications Statement and a list of relevant completed projects and references with their bid detailing a minimum of five years of experience in site grading and park, recreation and trail development work. Contractors may bid on all or part of the work outlined in the scope of this project Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a cashiers check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid price The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is December 1, 2023. The project shall be completed by May 31, 2024. |
