| Description | The Facility Management and Control System (FMCS) Contractor shall furnish and install a fully integrated building automation system, incorporating direct digital control (DDC) for energy management, equipment monitoring and control as herein specified. The system shall be an update of the Network Automation Engines (NAE) and identified Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Mechanical Systems controllers. The system shall include all required, hardware, controllers and NAEs upgrades, local panels, conduit, wire, installation, engineering, database and setup, supervision, commissioning, acceptance test, training, warranty service and, at the owner's option, extended warranty service. | ||
