Demolition - 7262 Lyndover

Scope of Work The City of Maplewood is accepting bids for the demolition of a single-family residence located at 7262 Lyndover Place in Maplewood, Missouri. Asbestos testing results are attached. The City of Maplewood demolition permit fee shall be waived, but the contractor shall include a deposit of $500.00 when submitting the demolition permit application to the city as surety for any damage that may be done to the right-of-way by the contractor. The deposit will be returned upon request by the contractor and inspection of the site by the city. The cost to repair any damage done to public property exceeding the $500.00 deposit which is not paid by the contractor or paid by insurance, will be deducted from the contract amount prior to payment. Upon issuance of notice to proceed, the contractor shall have thirty (45) calendar days to complete the project.
