Main Street Pump Station Rehabilitation

A detailed scope has not been identified. As of November 29, 2022, the design firm has been selected. The construction documents completion timeline has not been released. A tentative bid schedule for contractors is scheduled for January 5, 2022. Construction is slated to begin on the first quarter of 2023; however, the firm date has not been identified. The work consists of constructing (complete with all equipment, accessories, and appurtenances) the following in accordance with the Bidding Documents heretofore prepared by Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C.: A. Replacement of existing raw sewage pumps, piping and valves. B. Replacement of influent slide gate and channel grinder. C. Replacement of electrical power distribution system and new instrumentation. D. Architectural and structural modifications, including replacement of roof, doors, windows, railings and coatings. E. Construction of new heating and ventilation and plumbing systems and modifications to existing systems.
