| Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid, which includes transportation, insurance, technical knowledge, expertise, supervision, management, and all things needed to provide janitorial services for various Henry County facilities on an annual contract basis. The County reserves the right to add or delete facilities/spaces as deemed necessary during the term of the contract. Days and hours for cleaning of each building may be modified at the County’s discretion throughout the life of this contract. The vendor is to include the standard hourly rate for general custodial services for tasks that occur outside the scheduled work time/special events. |
