Raised Sidewalk area specifically within the area abutting Chestnut Street from Seminary Avenue to Lincoln Avenue. 1. DEMOLITION proper Removal Disposal of existing concrete sidewalk top surface in a phased manner for safety, less disruption, and consideration for the commercial operations. Hand demolition and saw-cutting of small sections to be provided as part of the project specifications in those special areas near or adjacent to existing buildings. Also demo work at other sidewalk curb areas. Part I - South 190 ft. +/- from Seminary north to just past Bank of Forest. Part II - Center 150 ft. +/- of remaining raised and at street grade concrete. 2. BACK FILLING raised sidewalk vault areas with standard road mix stone.* Material Cost delivered to Site.* Back-filling compacting Vault Labor per standard practice. 3. NEW CONCRETE WORK for sidewalks, curbs, steps, ramps and mats for cross-walk locations including standard stone sub-base and related items. ADA RAILINGS Material Installation for steps, ramps adjacent areas. 5. STREET LIGHTS relocating rewiring per National Electric Code local requirements; and providing new bolt attachments related items.
