Chilled Water Line Replacement Bldg. 500

1. Bid Item No. 1, Base Bid: 613-22-128: Chilled Water Line Replacement. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for for the installation of replacement chilled water lines in building 500 from the loading dock to the end of both building 501 and 502 tunnels near the respective elevators, interface with building 501 and 502 branches, and interface with building 500 mechanical room branch piping as required by drawings and specifications. This project is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV. Project Number 613-16-302. There are 365 calendar days to complete this project for the base bid. Additional bid items deduct alternates 1-3 are provided on page 9. A single award will be made to the offeror who submits an acceptable bid and is deemed responsible with the lowest bid for satisfactory completion of all contract requirements. Contractor shall be responsible for correct wage titles and compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws.
