Sea Palms West CIPP Rehabilitation

Evaluating downstream conveyance systems improvements required to address various I/I related issues throughout the JWSC service area. This project contains rehabilitation work elements to reduce I/I flows via CIPP lining. CCTV investigation has identified segments of the gravity sewer upstream from JWSC Pump Station 2032 as top candidates for CIPP rehabilitation. Located in the Sea Palms West neighborhood of the St. Simons Island district, the project will occur in established residential neighborhoods. Every effort should be made to reduce disruptions to the residents. See Exhibit A for a map of the area the work is to be performed. JWSC requests qualified individuals and firms with experience in grout/CIPP and point repairs. Firms should have the qualification to provide the requested services that will include all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the required repairs, documentation, acceptance tests, visual inspection and warranty in accordance with established standards using approved products as detailed in the Technical Specifications included as Exhibit B. Pricing should be all inclusive with coordination and responsibility of all activities related to permitting, traffic control, flagging, bypass pumping, jetter truck, OSHA confined space entry compliance, and debris removal included.
