| Description | Roofing of the concrete canopies at the Lory Student Center. Work requires cleaning of the existing canopy deck, installing a new tapered white TPO system over the existing canopy sections with ¼” per foot slope to the existing drains per note 2 on drawing sheet A2.4. Project includes installation of a new roof drain by core drilling hole for drain and installing a downspout (color to match LSC downspouts) down to ground level per note 1 on sheet A2.4. 1. The bridge coating system and any other work shown on drawings outside the concrete canopy areas shown on drawing sheet A2.4. 2. installation of new drain at ground level. 3. installation of silicon coating system over existing built up roof on bridge. 4. removal/replacement of storefront windows in bridge. 5. removal and replacement of handrail in bridge. 6. painting of bridge and canopy. 7. installation of new flooring. 8. removal of canopy or concrete work. 9. electrical. |
