HMGP 4368 Ground-Penetrating Radar Services

Perform a surface geophysical survey on approximately twenty-five to thirty (25-30) single family properties that would be assigned from one to three properties at a time with a report provided after the survey is concluded. The contractor would use ground-penetrating radar (GPR) or electromagnetism (EM) or any NJDEP approved site equipment around each property to look for evidence of underground storage tanks (USTs) throughout the entire property and along the driveways. The contractor will field mark any anomalies identified, and issue one report per property for the Township to use in a demolition bid. The report will include a description of the methodologies employed, a sketch map showing the areas surveyed, and a summary of the findings for each property. The Township is requesting a quote for the cost for geophysical surveys per property and a report per property.
