The Buffalo Public Schools Division of Plant Services and School Planning is soliciting Bids to install Owner provided Samsung BE75T-H Pro Digital Signage TV, TV mounting kit, and Digital Signage management device (SkyKit) device at various BCSD school sites. Perform a preliminary review and coordinate with the BCSD Representative and Building Engineer prior to commencement of any work. 2. Contractor shall perform work on 1 st and 2 nd shift to expedite work. Work cannot be done while school is in session. 3. The Owner will provide AHERA Documents for each site. Field coordination is required to determine conduit paths, penetrations and surfaces do not contain any hazardous materials. 4. Installation of all new work requiring penetration into existing walls, partitions, must have the required fireproofing as necessary to prevent the transmission/ transference of smoke and/ or fire. Fireproofing must comply with NFPA 70. 5. Provide the means and methods to install all owner provided equipment as indicated. Owner provided devices are currently stored at School 187: 333 Clinton Street Buffalo NY. Contractor shall provide the means and methods to relocate the devices to each facility as per the contract. 6. Contractor shall provide the required power and network cabling to support the equipment being installed: a. 110v electrical power hard wire connection for Digital Signage TV and Skykit device b. CAT5e network cable (Blue/ plenum rated) for Skykit device to service the Digital Signage TV. c. Attach TV Mounting Kit to wall d. Install Digital Signage TV to mount e. Install and attach Skykit device to TV 7. Properly label conduit, circuit breaker panel box for 110v power. 8. Properly label data rack and field end upon installation of new work. All new data cabling shall be certified and tested. 9. All Owner provided equipment have unique serial numbers assigned to each project site. Contractor shall coordinate and document all device serial numbers with BCSD representative prior to installation. 10.Any cutting and patching shall match adjoining finishes. 11.Perform start-up of equipment and provide the necessary programming. 12.Perform a final broom clean of work area(s). 13.All work must be completed in a workman-like manner.
