Construction of a 3,280 SF Pole Building - HVAC Construction

The Project includes the construction of a 3,280 sf pole building to be utilized by Lower Paxton Township Authority as an accessory storage facility. The pre-fabricated building will be purchased by the awarded contractor (Contract No. 2019-1 (B)) and assembled on site. Minimal site preparation and earthwork activities will be required on the existing site. Work associated with the development includes the construction of a concrete slab and apron, trench drain, electrical and water service feeds to be provided from the existing Authority building. Internally the building will be insulated and heated with gas fed unit heaters. All disturbed areas surrounding the new structure will be repaved and restored to the existing conditions. Parking spaces will be restriped at the new designated locations. There are minor storm water system modifications and downspout laterals to be installed to direct storm water/roof run off to an outfall to the existing storm water management facility.
