Wastewater Treatment Plant Equalization Basin Repairs

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Troy, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project. The project consists of repairing a breach to the Equalization Basin berm, replacing the damaged fencing around the Equalization Basin, and relocating aerator for the Equalization basin. Additonal Description: The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 4, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 5, 2022. Bids may be submitted by mail or courier. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid made payable to Town of Troy. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 consecutive calendar days after bid opening except as provided in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state(s) in which the work is to be completed.
