Description

The purchase and installation of a new three-phase propane powered, engine driven backup generator with associated transfer switch and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) at SEPA’s Emergency Site located at 2169 Engineering Drive, Elberton, GA 30635. The HVAC will not be connected to the UPS but directly to the generator. Currently there is not a generator at the ER Site. Therefore, installation shall include a concrete pad for the generator and associated equipment. The new generator must be manufactured in the United States with a minimum capacity of 60 KW. The installation of the generator, transfer switch, and uninterruptible power system (UPS), must be in accordance with all local, State, and Federal guidance and regulations. SEPA will be responsible for the propane and propane tank. The Vendor will be responsible for connection of generator to the propane tank, and will provide the fuel consumption rate for the generator to SEPA.
