Description

Eisenhower Avenue at Eisenhower Avenue Metrorail Station Enhanced Pedestrian Crossing (Phase 2). To perform conceptual designs and develop construction plans for an enhanced pedestrian facility across Eisenhower Avenue, between Swamp Fox Road and Anchor Street. Improvements may include street lighting, signage (way finding and vehicular and pedestrian warning), ADA compliant ramps, enhanced pedestrian signal timing, modifications to the existing traffic signal layout, relocation of existing transit stop(s), and a laddered, textured, or raised crosswalk.
