| Description | The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Removal of damaged roof components, restoration of existing plymovent, installing existing plymovent on a proper roof curb, and replacement in-kind of roofing related items including flashing, sealant, fan ventilators, and clerestory lintels. 2.
