CDBG Funded Home Repairs - Interior and Exterior Contractor Pre-Qualification

PURPOSE The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to pre-qualify contractors that are licensed, qualified, and experienced in providing home repairs - interior and exterior. The majority of the projects will be $50,000.00 or less and located in the Town of Herndon. This work is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Office of Community Planning and Development - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
