2018 Street Bond Projects - Phase II

The Project consists of reconstruction of several streets, installation of two storm drain systems, CPS Energy utility work, and other items of work related to roadway reconstruction in the City of Kirby. Proposals will be received for a single prime Contract. Envelopes containing the Offeror's submission shall be enclosed with the "SEALED PACKAGE LABEL" on it. Proposal guaranty shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors. Any envelopes or packages received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened. Proposals will be evaluated based on best value to the City of Kirby. Determination of best value is based on the weighted selection criteria in the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals and the ranking evaluation. The City of Kirby reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any informality in the proposals.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
