Renovate Landscaping / Ramada - Prescott National Forest

This project may consist of three (3) phases, a base and two options. Base is the construction of a new 24’x24’ ramada with electrical outlets, ceiling fans, lights & hose bib. All concrete work related to the ramada including a sidewalk and a ramada concrete extension. This also includes the new landscaping on the SE side of the existing office building. Option One is the construction of three sections of a 6ft. tall privacy wood fence approximate length totaling all three of these are about 220ft. Option Two is the construction of a 4ft tall tube fence approximately 40ft in length and a 20’x20’exercise area.
