Description

The Project includes redevelopment of the Joint Powers Boards' three (3) caisson wells (each with two horizontal laterals) and modifications to the lateral isolation valves and the pump discharge piping inside the caisson well buildings. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered.
