Trinity River Authority Lake Livingston Project

The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) Lake Livingston Project (LLP) is soliciting bids for reclaiming, compacting and overlaying approximately 37,000 square feet of asphalt road and campsite parking at Wolf Creek Park in Coldspring, TX. Existing asphalt will be reclaimed to a depth of 6 and existing reclaimed material stabilized with 6% Portland Cement (#35 per SY). Minor grade adjustments of subgrade will be necessary to facilitate proper drainage of parking areas. The reclaimed subgrade will then be overlaid with 2 type d hot mix asphalt compacted to the proper density. This project shall be based on alump sum price. Unit pricing will not be considered. Bid Packets and project specifics can be obtained upon site visit at Wolf Creek Park Office or Lake Livingston Dam Office. All questions regarding this bid specification prior to bid opening must be addressed to the purchasing department via the WEBSITE.
