Office and Garage Roof Replacement

remove existing asphalt shingles, felt paper and/or water shield, gutters, downspouts, soffit, and drip edge metal, and to replace with Commercial grade architectural asphalt shingles. These shingles are to be installed over commercial grade ice and water shield (or comparable felt base). New peripherals and hardware are to be installed including, but not limited to: Commercial grade 6” seamless gutters (with guards) and 3” by 4” downspouts. New stack flashing, and flashing/sealing for all penetration points. New drip edge flashing and fascia. New soffit shall be installed throughout. South front section of the building has v-groove soffit panels that shall be replaced. (See Picture # 6) Gutters are to be caulked to prevent rear run over. Alternate #1 Bidders are to submit price for base bid, but with standard Commercial grade batten seam metal roof, (Color shall be dark Brown) instead of asphalt shingles Alternate # 2 Bidders are submit price for commercial grade metal shingle (slate) roof.
