PUBLIC NOTICE Legal Notice Sandwich Park District is soliciting sealed bids for the proposed site improvements at the Milestone Dog Park located at the northeast corner of Fairwind Boulevard & Pleasant Avenue in Sandwich, Illinois. Bids should be in a sealed envelope marked Milestone Dog Park. Plans and bid specifications may be picked up at the Sandwich Park District Office located at 1001 North Latham Street in Sandwich, IL., 815-786-8044. Plans will also be available electronically by contacting Tebrugge Engineering at 815-786-0195. Sealed Bids are due at the office of the Sandwich Park District Office located at 1001 North Latham Street in Sandwich, IL 60548 by 10:00 a.m. Thursday March 16, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Faxes/emails will not be accepted. Areas of work and summary of quantities are detailed in the Civil Site Plans prepared by Tebrugge Engineering, 410 E. Church St, Sandwich, IL, 815-786-0195. All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations and providing for the payment of DeKalb County's prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in these projects. Sandwich Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive or not to waive any informalities therein or to accept the bid which they determine to be in the best interest of the Park District.
