| Description | The Work consists of the re-roofing the entire MDPD Off-Site Maintenance Facility at the 7707 SW 107 Avenue, Miami FL 33183. Work includes, and is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary for the removal of all existing roofing, roofing underlayment and roofing insulation and the proper disposal thereof, and the preparation and protection of the exposed substrate, the installation of new roof insulation, underlayment, roofing plies, cap sheet, all new stainless steel metal, scuppers, drip flashing, and coping caps. The protection and rising of all existing roof mounted mechanical equipment; and properly flash/seal new roofing around existing equipment and render it waterproof. Removal of roof top ventilation equipment and repair existing deck opening in accordance with reference detail ASK-03. Furnish and install roof access ladder in accordance with reference detail ASK-02. |
