| Description | City The City of West Memphis is hereby soliciting the submittal of bids from contractors interested in providing Pavement Markings (Streets). Work consists of approximately 300,000 L.F. of 4" lane stripping and various symbols. Contractors must have demonstrated experience in similar type work and must possess a valid Arkansas Contractors License. The City of West Memphis reserves the right to waive irregularities; to reject bids in its sole discretion for any reason; or to postpone the award of the contract for a period of time that shall not exceed beyond 60 days from the bid opening date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
