| Description | Replacement of all single-pane aluminum slider windows at each residence room along with replacement of the vertical ribbon windows at the east and west elevations. Owner reserves the right to request qualification statements and/or resumes from the apparent low Bidder and key individuals committed to the Project. PREVAILING WAGE RATE : Not Used Each bid proposal shall include a bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid offered. Bidder will be required to submit a bidder's deposit in the form of a cashier's check payable to the order of the Owner, drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas or submit a corporate Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid. |
