| Description | The energy conservation measures sought by the City may include, but are not limited to, investment grade audits, design, acquisition, installation, modification, commissioning, maintenance and operation of existing and new equipment, and the training of the City personnel. The improvements are intended to reduce energy consumption and related costs associated with HVAC systems, lighting systems, water pumping and control systems, water consumption, sewage cost, water treatment chemicals, waste disposal, vehicle costs and other energy using devices. The proposals shall also address energy conservation measures and services aimed at cost savings such as fuel switching, demand reductions, onsite renewable power, improve controls and utility rate changes. |
