Town Hall Parking Deck Repairs

Project includes typical precast parking deck rehabilitation and maintenance repairs including, but not limited to: removing traffic coating on top level of the deck, replacing joint sealants, repairing floor, overhead and vertical spalls, rout and sealing floor cracks, restriping pavement stalls, epoxy injecting vertical and overhead cracks, cleaning and painting steel connections, repairing flange to flange connections, applying silane sealer to concrete deck and brick facade, and replacing an area drain. The Project Manager for this project is Forrest Heath, Facilities Management, Town of Chapel Hill. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at fheath@townofchapelhill.org or Kimley-Horn at rebekah.krol@kimley-horn.com by 3 pm on November 4, 2022. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretations will be emailed to the pre-bid meeting attendees in the form of an addendum on November 10, 2022. The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason and to accept the bid most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
